Shipping & Deliveries
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse using AUSPOST.
You will receive a confirmation email from Salt Shift to confirm that your order has been placed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Australia Post with tracking information. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk mailbox. If you still can’t find it, it’s possible we have an incorrect email address for you. Please contact us with your Order Number to check the status of your order.
Tracking should update within 1-2 working days.
Non delivery/return to sender.
Failure to claim/collect your parcel within a reasonable time-frame, or/and provide the correct mailing may result in your parcel being returned to us. In the event your parcel is returned to us, a $14 surcharge will incur. This is the cost australia post charges us, when a package is returned back to the sender.
If you are not home to accept your package, Australia Post may leave a card in your letterbox detailing the steps for picking up your delivery at the local post office.
Salt Shift is not responsible for packages that have a delayed delivery after the lodgement with Australia Post.
