  1. INTRODUCTION
    Salt Shift is dedicated to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Money-Back Guarantee Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which customers may request a refund for purchases made directly from the Salt Shift website or approved retailer partners. This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  2. ELIGIBILITY
    This Money-Back Guarantee applies exclusively to Salt Shift Products purchased directly from our website or approved retailer partners. Customers are eligible to request a refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase for first-time purchases. Subsequent purchases are not eligible for a refund under this policy. However, they may be covered under Warranty if the product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match the description. Please note that personal preferences regarding taste, smell, and texture do not qualify for a refund under this guarantee.

Salt Shift products are designed and tested to perform as advertised when used with Salt Shift hardware and accessories. Salt Shift does not guarantee performance outcomes when products are applied with third-party or non-compatible equipment.

  1. REQUESTING A REFUND
    To initiate a refund request, customers must complete the refund request form within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Customers must provide proof of purchase, the product to be returned, and the reason for dissatisfaction. Refunds based on taste, smell, or texture will not be honored.

  2. RETURN PROCESS
    Upon authorisation of the return, customers will be instructed to return the unused portion of the product in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product. It is recommended that customers use a trackable shipping method to ensure the return is received by Salt Shift. If the product is faulty or does not match the description, Salt Shift will cover the return shipping costs.

  3. REFUND PROCESS
    Once the returned product is received and inspected, Salt Shift will determine whether it meets the return criteria.

  • Where Salt Shift is at fault (e.g., product defect, incorrect item sent, or shipping damage):
    Salt Shift will cover all return shipping costs. Once the returned product is received and approved, a full refund will be processed immediately to the original payment method.

  • Change of mind or returns where Salt Shift is not at fault:
    Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are non-refundable and must be paid directly by the customer. Refunds will only be issued once the product has been received and approved, provided it is unused and in its original condition.

Refunds are only available where the product is returned unused or with at least 80% of the product remaining. Salt Shift reserves the right to decline a refund if customer history indicates a prior refund has already been claimed, including across multiple accounts or addresses.

Refunds will be issued within ten (10) business days to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund amount is limited to the purchase price of the product.

    This Money-Back Guarantee is valid only for first-time purchases of a product. Subsequent purchases of the same product are not eligible for a refund under this policy, except as provided under warranty for faulty or not fit for purpose products.

  2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    This Money-Back Guarantee is valid only for purchases made directly from the official Salt Shift website or approved retailer partners. Salt Shift reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet the return criteria or if fraudulent activity is suspected. This policy does not limit your rights under the ACL. Salt Shift may amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
