Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve issues related to orders, shipping, product enquiries, returns, and warranties.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and solutions-focused attitude with every interaction.
  • Process online orders, monitor fulfilment, and ensure timely dispatch.
  • Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to track and resolve delivery issues.
  • Proactively update customers on order delays, stock issues, or changes.
  • Collaborate with marketing on promotions, discount codes, and customer communication.
  • Help manage product reviews and user-generated content to strengthen brand trust.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • 2+ years’ experience in customer service, e-commerce, or retail environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with e-commerce or CRM systems (e.g. Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar).
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools or processes.

Preferred

  • Experience with product-based or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
  • Familiarity with shipping, fulfilment, or returns workflows.
  • A genuine interest in marine, off-road, or outdoor industries.
