How to Use
Step 1: Pressure wash the appointed areas of your vehicle or trailer, best used with Salt Shifts All Purpose Cleaner.
Step 2: Allow to dry free of water residue
Step 3: Spray Salt Shift Rust Shield on
Step 4: Allow 3 hours to tack dry before any normal tarmac driving, then allow 3-4 days to cure and harden before any trail/beach driving, vessel launching or commuting on wet roads. Ensure to check if it has cured to a non-stick touch test prior to going off-road.

That’s why I’ve been really impressed with Salt Shift. Their products do more than just one thing. They help repel mud and sand from the chassis, make cleanup way easier (most of it blows right off with my blower), and most importantly, help protect the truck from rust and corrosion.
The protection lasts for weeks and doesn’t just disappear after a little rain or water. When I’m ready to remove it, I use a chemical wash.

The aging mower trailer has had a rebirth. Cleaned it up and then treated the metal frame and rims with Salt Shift. Should be a good test for this product.
It looks good already and hopefully after it has dried will protect trailer for some time.
I cleaned it down, then applied salt shift. The attached photo is after a 300klm run up the coast, another day up the beach and wash off. It's still as good as the day I applied it. Love it.
I really do believe your product works great. Easy to apply. Seems to last decently from application to application. Time will tell how well it protects from our wintry salt season in Michigan. The price is a little high (even on sale) compared to other barriers that I have used but if it works........ I really like how it hardens after application. Others that I have used collected dust and dirt and had to be forcefully removed with a pressure washers before reapplying .
Easy to apply; just sprays right on. Hardest part was pressure washing the under carriage. Leaves a clear protective coating. The application looks good.

My Jeep was undercoated by the dealer when purchased. I recently installed a lift kit and wanted to protect the new suspension components without using the ugly undercoating. Excellent products, very satisfied. The underside of my Ram and also Vacationer caravan looks brand new , bullbar and mud flaps also . Very happy, but make sure if you do not get overspray on your wind screen, not easy to get off.
