Chassis Flusher Instruction

1. Start with your garden hose

Grab the female threaded orange quick-connect and screw it firmly onto your hose.
No need to overtighten, just snug and secure.

2. Attach your hose to the Salt Shift Canister

Pull back the quick-connect sleeve and click it onto the canister valve until you hear/feel it lock into place.

3. Connect the green CF extension hose

This is where most people go wrong, so take note:

1. Hold back the black sleeve on the canister.
2. Pull back the sleeve on the green CF hose.
3. Push them together until they click forward and lock.

If it wiggles, it’s not connected. If it clicks, you’re good.

4. Attach the chassis flusher

Repeat the exact same pull-back-and-click process on the other end of the green hose to connect it to your chassis flusher.

5. Mount the chassis flusher

Use the built-in high-strength magnets to position the flusher onto your chassis rail.
It should sit flat and secure against the frame so water floods the internal cavity properly.

6. Begin flushing

Turn your valve on and set your canister soap dial to max flow (setting 3).
Your chassis will now begin filling internally, pushing out trapped salt, sand, mud, and grime through the drain points in your frame rails.

Let it run long enough for a full flush, usually 30–60 seconds per rail depending on how cooked your rig is.
