Protect the parts of your 4x4 that are hardest to see, and often the most exposed to corrosion. The 4x4 Chassis Protection Kit is designed to flush salt, mud and grime from inside chassis rails, then help protect clean, dry metal surfaces from moisture and rust.

The magnetic chassis flusher plugs directly into compatible chassis rails and uses six high-powered water jets to deliver a deep internal clean. Once the chassis is clean and dry, use the included surface cleaner and brushes to prepare exposed areas before applying Rust Shield for long-lasting corrosion defence.

How to Use

Step 1: Flush the chassis rails
Plug the Chassis Frame Flusher into a compatible chassis rail on your vehicle, trailer or caravan.

Step 2: Add wash solution
Pour 100mL / 3.38 fl oz. of Undercarriage & Chassis Wash into the Universal Flusher Canister.

Step 3: Connect the system
Connect the canister to the Flusher Hose, then connect the hose to a standard garden hose.

Step 4: Flush thoroughly
Turn the canister dial to setting 3, shown as the largest dot on the dial. Flush the chassis rail, moving the flusher through the rail 2–4 times.

Tip: Park the vehicle on a slight decline, or begin at the highest point of the chassis rail and work downwards to help dirty water drain away.

Step 5: Prepare exposed metal
For exposed chassis and suspension areas, use All Purpose Cleaner with the hard or soft bristle brush to remove grease, grime and residue. Rinse thoroughly and allow all target surfaces to dry completely.

Step 6: Apply protection
Spray Rust Shield evenly onto clean, dry exposed metal surfaces.

Step 7: Allow to cure
Allow approximately 3 hours to tack dry before normal dry-road driving. Allow 3–4 days to fully cure before wet-road driving, beach driving or off-road use. Confirm it has cured to a non-stick finish before heading out.
